In order that you can benefit most from Seamus Phan's programs, here are some guidelines for staging, lighting, microphone, sound system, and presentation equipment requirements. Seamus is very flexible and can adapt to most environments, and he is open to your suggestions.
1. Staging:
If you're using a stage, try to position the first row of seats within 3 feet (1 meter) from the stage, if possible.
2. Lighting:
People remember more, respond more and laugh more in bright conditions. Dim the screen area (by unscrewing ceiling bulbs), but leave full room lights on during the program. Seamus needs to see their faces.
3. Audio-Visual Materials:
a. Wireless (TIE CLIP) microphone needed. This is a MUST. For some events, if you do not have a wireless clip microphone, let Seamus know early, so that he may bring his own wireless microphone set.
4. Recording Devices:
Studio/video taping is encouraged WITH PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. Seamus requires a high-quality copy in either NTSC or PAL DVcam or mini DV. If you're interested in taping Seamus' presentation, please contact us. | go to top | | Close window | |
